Privacy Policies

Airport transportation policy

  • Cancelations made three (3) days or more before the arrival date are subject to at 10% cancelation charge.
  • Cancelations less than two (2) days before the arrival date will be charged in full.
  • There are no refunds for “no shows” at the airport on the day that transportation service is scheduled.

Activities cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made three (3) or more days prior to the scheduled time of the activity will incurr a 10% charge.
  • Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the scheduled time of the activity will incurr a 100% charge.
  • There are no refunds if you are not present at the activity meeting point ("no show") or to transport you to where the activiy takes place.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and authorization of the service provider.
  • Some tours and activities can't be cancellated.

Full reimbursement will not apply in any circumstance in which the travel has to be cancelled, interrupted or postponed by BDS TRAVEL, S.A. de C.V. by any reason beyond its control (force majeure, such as, but not limited to, weather or climate conditions and phenomena, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.), and all those in which the contractual obligations of BDS TRAVEL, S.A. de C.V. with its providers do not allow it to retrieve the reimbursement of the amount paid to the provider on behalf of the customer. In any of these circumstances, BDS TRAVEL, S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to withhold a 10% (ten percent) of the amount paid as for the booking/reservation as part of an administrative expenditure.


  • The customer state that has read the PRIVACY POLICIES of BDS TRAVEL, all the terms incorporated in such document, and agrees in that all the terms within are reasonable.
  • The customer consents BDS TRAVEL a/o its Providers/suppliers and distributors (third-parties) to use his/her information for the purposes stated in said document.
